European cooperation

A current focus lies on Germany, the Czech Republic and Poland. Social circus, hip-hop, cultural education and dialogue create practical opportunities to meet, learn from one another and develop projects together.

Engaged Buddhism and Asia

SAILR is building relationships with monasteries, educational initiatives and networks in Thailand and other parts of Asia. An important reference point is the International Network of Engaged Buddhists (INEB).

The focus is on observation and learning, long-term network building, and translating concepts such as compassion, interdependence and mindfulness into accessible educational language.

Relationships before project logic

International cooperation should extend beyond individual funding periods. Sustainable relationships provide the foundation for mutual learning, new methods and future joint projects.
